Zakat Al-FITR

We all have an obligation to pay our Zakat Ul Fitr. We will only be providing $20.00 worth of grain to the poor and needy.
The last day to donate is 1 week before the end of Ramadan. As we need time to prepare the distribution and transfer of funds.
Narrated by Ibn Umar
Allah’s Apostle enjoined the payment of one Sa’ of dates or one Sa’ of barley as Zakat-ul-Fitr on every Muslim slave or free, male or female, young or old, and he ordered that it be paid before the people went out to offer the ‘Id prayer. (One Sa’ = 3 Kilograms approx.)
